PAYMENT METHODS AT LUCERO TRAVEL
At Lucero Travel Chile, when booking from your hotel, you can pay for your excursions by credit card, debit card, or cash on the same day of the excursion (we accept Brazilian reais, US dollars, and Chilean pesos), or you can contact us to provide you with a payment link if you prefer to pay for the tour in advance.
When purchasing directly from the website, you will be charged 100% of the tour value at the time of booking, and you can pay with a credit or debit card through WebPay.
- If you wish to book an excursion and make the payment on the day of the tour, your excursion will be subject to confirmation (tour date), and payment can be made using any of the aforementioned payment methods, including cash.
- To book a tour package or more than one tour, you must pay the total amount in advance using your preferred online payment method or in person at our office located at Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago.
GENERAL USE DISCOUNT COUPONS
General use discount coupons (such as those issued by influencers) have some restrictions on the tours they can be used for. This information may vary, so it is recommended to check this section on the day of booking. Below is the list of tours where a general use coupon can or cannot be applied.

Private tours and private transfers
Coupons have an expiration date that varies in each case. It’s worth mentioning that this deadline is for making the reservation, not for taking the tour. In other words, if the coupon expires, for example, on August 5th, you can book on August 3rd using the coupon and schedule your tour for August 7th without losing the discount. When scheduling, you can book for up to one year in advance.
SPECIFIC USE DISCOUNT COUPONS
Additionally, there are specific use coupons that apply only to certain tours, on specific days, and under certain conditions (such as using a specific payment method). All these conditions will be specified in the terms and conditions corresponding to that promotion.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- If you cancel your tour and/or tour package 15 days in advance, a 10% fee of the total fare will be charged.
- If you cancel your tour and/or tour package 7 days in advance, a 30% fee of the total fare will be charged.
- If you cancel your tour and/or tour package 48 hours in advance, a 50% fee of the total fare will be charged.
- If you cancel your tour and/or tour package less than 2 days in advance, a 100% fee of the total fare will be charged.
- In special and/or exceptional cases of cancellation by the customer, please discuss directly with your sales representative at our office located at Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago.
- If you cancel the Viña Alyan tour after payment, we cannot provide refunds due to the vineyard’s policies.
- If you cancel the Valle Nevado – Ski Day tour after payment, we cannot provide refunds due to the Ski Center’s policies.
- For Parque Farellones, it is not possible to switch from the Ski Day Tour to the Activities Tour on the same day.
- Note that in case of a refund, the money will be credited to your account within 10 to 15 business days, depending on WebPay’s processing time. Alternatively, you can visit our office to request a cash refund (Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago).
Note: In case of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, natural phenomena, demonstrations, or strikes in the country, while your excursion is ongoing, we will prioritize your safety and that of our staff, and cancel any necessary stops on the tour. This will not entitle you to any refund of the total fare paid.
REFUNDS
In case of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, natural phenomena, demonstrations, or strikes in the country, Lucero Travel Chile may cancel your tour and reschedule it for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 100% refund.
ADMISSION POLICY
Lucero Travel Chile reserves the right to deny access to the vehicle or interrupt the tour service at any time if the passenger is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This measure also applies in cases of inappropriate behavior, such as disrespect, harassment, discrimination, insults, teasing, or violent behavior towards other passengers, agency staff, workers at visited locations, or any other visitor.
