PAYMENT METHODS AT LUCERO TRAVEL

At Lucero Travel Chile, if you schedule from your hotel, you can pay for your excursions by credit card, debit card, or in cash on the same day of the excursion (we accept Brazilian reais, US dollars, and Chilean pesos).

Alternatively, you can contact us to receive a payment link if you prefer to pay for the tour in advance.

  • If you wish to reserve an excursion and make payment on the day of the tour, your excursion will be subject to confirmation (excursion date), and the charge may be made using any of the payment methods mentioned above, including cash.
  • To book a tourist package or more than one tour, you must pay the full amount in advance via your preferred online payment method or in person at our office located at Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF

When booking a tour with us, you can enjoy pick-up service from your accommodation if it is within Santiago’s Hotel Zone (marked on the map below) and if you are not using the “Chilean/Resident” promotion or any other offer excluding this service. At the end of the tour, we will drop you off at the same pick-up location unless you prefer to be dropped off at another point in the city. Please note that this option is subject to availability and will only be possible if the location is along the route to the hotels during the return trip, with prior agreement with the guide and/or driver.

SPECIFIC USE DISCOUNT COUPONS

Additionally, there are specific-use coupons that may apply only for certain tours, on specific days, and under certain conditions (such as using a specific payment method). All these conditions will be specified in the terms and conditions of each promotion.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you cancel your tour and/or tourist package 15 days prior, a 10% fee of the total tariff will be charged.
  • If you cancel your tour and/or tourist package 7 days prior, a 30% fee of the total tariff will be charged.
  • If you cancel your tour and/or tourist package 48 hours prior, a 50% fee of the total tariff will be charged.
  • If you cancel your tour and/or tourist package less than 2 days before, 100% of the tariff will be charged.
  • For special and/or exceptional cases of cancellation by the client, please speak directly with your sales executive at the office located at Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago.
  • If you cancel the Alyan Winery tour after payment, no refunds can be issued due to winery policies.
  • Please note that in the case of a refund, the money will be transferred back to your account within 10 to 15 business days, depending on WebPay’s processing times. Alternatively, you can visit our office directly to request a cash refund (Santa Lucia 344, Office 42 – Santiago).

Observation: In the case of force majeure, such as unsuitable weather conditions, natural phenomena, protests, or country-wide strikes while on your excursion, your safety and that of our collaborators will always be prioritized. If necessary, stops deemed pertinent will be canceled on the tour. This will not entitle any refund of the full tariff paid by the client.

REFUNDS

In cases of force majeure such as unsuitable weather conditions, natural phenomena, protests, or country-wide strikes, Lucero Travel Chile may cancel your tour and reschedule it for another date. If rescheduling is not possible, 100% of your money will be refunded.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION

Lucero Travel Chile reserves the right to deny access to the vehicle or to interrupt the tour service at any time if the passenger is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This measure also applies in cases of inappropriate behavior, such as disrespect, harassment, discrimination, insults, mockery, or violent behavior toward other passengers, agency staff, employees of the visited locations, or any other visitor.
